📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and project goals are met
• Develop and refine floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models for villa projects
• Produce high-quality renderings and presentations to showcase design concepts
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and client specifications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 2D/3D drafting, preferably in the residential or villa sector
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced level) and SketchUp
