📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for plantation operations
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
- Provide financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement cost-saving measures and financial optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Coordinate with external auditors and accountants
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the agricultural or plantation industry
- Knowledge of financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification in accounting or finance is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
