In this role, you will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final commissioning. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, you will create detailed drawings and specifications that meet project requirements and regulatory standards. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design and implementation of MEP systems in hospitality construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with field teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that MEP systems are installed and commissioned according to project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues to mitigate risks and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering for hospitality construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to Bali.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
