📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues.
Promote our products and services to existing customers and encourage repeat business.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales targets and performance metrics.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company initiatives and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to travel extensively to visit customers in Lamongan and surrounding areas.
