📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances professionally.
• Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
