📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate hazards in the workplace.
• Lead safety training programs for employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and enforce environmental policies, including waste management and pollution control measures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HSEF standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HSEF policies, procedures, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement in HSEF performance.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and conduct regular fire drills and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSEF management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using HSEF management software such as SAP EHS or similar.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to HSEF.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of improving HSEF performance and reducing incident rates.
