• Deliver engaging, hands-on entrepreneurship and business training to students in Jakarta
• Develop and implement lesson plans using real-world case studies and interactive tools like Canva and Trello
• Conduct workshops and mentoring sessions to support students in their entrepreneurial journey
• Collaborate with the Future Ready Academy team to continuously improve training programs
• Provide constructive feedback to students and peers to foster a supportive learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in entrepreneurship education
• Assist in the development and implementation of new training modules as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing success of the Future Ready Academy program

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching entrepreneurship or business-related subjects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering training programs to diverse audiences
• Excellent communication skills, with a particular focus on English proficiency
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms commonly used in entrepreneurship education (e.g., Canva, Trello, Slack)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
