As a Field Business Development Executive, you will be the face of Sinar Jernih Suksesindo in Bali, visiting local eateries and cafes to onboard them onto our platform. You will build strong relationships with potential merchants, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions to grow their business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and prospect potential merchants in Bali, focusing on restaurants, cafes, and food stalls.
- Conduct site visits to assess merchant needs and present our platform's benefits.
- Negotiate and finalize partnerships with merchants, ensuring they meet our quality and service standards.
- Train and onboard new merchants on our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor merchant performance and provide support to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services to potential merchants.
- Attend trade shows, food festivals, and other events to network and build relationships with potential merchants.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our merchant acquisition strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding merchants in the food delivery industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with merchants and understand their business needs.
- Familiarity with the food delivery industry and local market trends in Bali.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
