📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues.
• Promote our products and services to existing customers and encourage repeat business.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
