Resto Elsa Shop is looking for a dedicated and friendly Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth transaction process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
