📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders in the travel and tourism industry.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted advertising and promotional activities.,Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role in the hospitality or travel industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling.,Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
