In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and menu planning.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety by supervising kitchen staff and implementing quality control measures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and network with other professionals to stay current on trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.,Proven track record of improving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
