The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning, and a passion for creating impactful learning solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences for TELUS Digital employees.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into learning solutions.,Create and maintain learning content, including courses, simulations, and assessments.,Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.,Mentor and guide junior designers and developers in the team.,Ensure compliance with accessibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) standards in all learning materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and developing effective learning experiences.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).,Experience with multimedia production and video editing.,Strong project management and organizational skills.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
