As a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee the training and development of employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
