📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train the restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards and provide excellent customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
