📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure cost efficiency.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.,Experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
