📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze and optimize mining and resource processes using data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role in the mining or resource industry.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or a related discipline is a plus.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in mining and resource operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with mining software and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
