📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions to address them.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
