In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This position is based in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, and reports to the HR Manager.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with managers to integrate training programs into the overall development strategy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia content.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using training management systems and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
