Sehati Joko Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full-time position located in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya, offering a competitive salary of Rp 21.000.000 – Rp 29.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient running of activities.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain all operational resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Represent the health center at meetings and events as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operational resources and budgets.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
