HALO Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers to design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.,Oversee the entire engineering process, from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice to ensure that projects meet all regulatory and safety requirements.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment meet industry standards.,Mentor and train junior engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are integrated into the overall production process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field and implement them into the company's operations.,Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team to ensure that the company's products and services meet the needs of the customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including but not limited to, CAD, CAM, and CNC machines.,Proven track record of successful project management, with a focus on meeting deadlines and budget constraints.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, ASME, and OSHA.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
