Lead Junior Accountant

Gold Tech Jaya is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support to the accounting team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data entries.
• Support the accounting team in reconciling bank accounts and managing payroll.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide support in the analysis of financial data and preparation of management reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial close and ensure accuracy of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
