Root Bright Dinamis is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Account Executive to join our team in Garut, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our client relationships, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and client relationship management.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
