📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure all IT systems are running smoothly.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to support users and colleagues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Work with the IT team to improve and enhance IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
