📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the UI Platform engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Drive the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable UI solutions.,Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features.,Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.,Monitor team performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and output.,Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team.,Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive the team's technical direction.,Represent the team and the company at internal and external events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.,3+ years of experience in managing engineering teams.,Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.,Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React or Angular.,Experience with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS or Azure.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
