📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B service operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet customer expectations.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the F&B service area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of food and beverage supplies.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and ordering processes.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
