📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential customers for automotive financing products.
• Conduct field visits to dealerships and customer locations to demonstrate financing solutions and answer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and customers.
• Prepare and present financing proposals to customers.
• Negotiate and close financing deals.
• Monitor and track customer accounts to ensure timely repayments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role in the automotive or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of automotive financing products and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
