📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance of cooling systems.
• Manage and coordinate projects, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of HVAC and refrigeration systems to identify and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including those set by the Department of Energy and other relevant authorities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HVAC and refrigeration systems with building management systems.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding the maintenance and optimization of their cooling systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration, with a strong background in system maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Certifications in HVAC and refrigeration, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Refrigeration Technician (CRT), or Certified HVAC Technician (CHT), are a plus.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management software, such as Honeywell Experion, Siemens WinCC, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Proven track record of project management, with experience in coordinating and overseeing large-scale HVAC and refrigeration projects.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards, including those set by the Department of Energy and other relevant authorities.
