PT Widya Putih is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Teller to join our team in Mempawah. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about banking and wants to provide excellent customer service. As an Assistant Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Process and verify customer transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance the customer experience.,Provide excellent customer service by being polite, patient, and professional.,Assist in the opening and closing of the teller station, including cash handling and reconciliation.,Stay updated with banking products and services to provide informed advice to customers.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with basic banking software and systems is a plus.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
