📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic growth plans for our clients, focusing on digital transformation and innovation.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on business strategy and digital transformation.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of consulting projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business strategy and digital transformation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Lead and mentor junior consultants to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or digital transformation.,Strong knowledge of business strategy, digital transformation, and related technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.,Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects and achieving business objectives.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
