📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the loading and unloading of Crushed Stone products using jetty and truck fleets.
Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP or JDE.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage and maintain logistics documentation and records.
Provide support to the logistics team during peak seasons and special projects.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or similar.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
