📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hotel systems, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain and update audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, and sound systems.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including access control and surveillance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of all technology equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related technical role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certifications in networking, A/V systems, or related technical fields are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, cabling, and security systems.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (HMS) and property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
