Leaf Go Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that all food and beverage items are of high quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction.
