As a Personalia Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing excellent support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and performance management.,Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and projects.,Conduct regular employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
